These plan terms describe how sessions, cancellations, top‑ups and refunds work on Biko AI. They apply to your subscription and to any sessions you purchase, and they sit alongside our Terms and Conditions of Use.
Your plan gives you a set number of sessions each month. Unused sessions do not carry over to the next month.
You keep every session in the month you have already paid for, and your access continues until that month is up.
Extra sessions can be purchased while you have an active plan. Once purchased they are yours, they never expire, and you can still use them even if you later cancel your plan.
A session counts against your plan once it properly begins, which is after the Opening Statement, when the work itself starts. Anything before that point costs you nothing. If you lose your connection partway through, you can pick that same session back up any time in the next 24 hours and it will not use up another one.
If we close your account for a breach of our Terms, access ends immediately and fees, including unused top-ups, are not refunded.
