These plan terms describe how sessions, cancellations, top‑ups and refunds work on Biko AI. They apply to your subscription and to any sessions you purchase, and they sit alongside our Terms and Conditions of Use.
Your plan gives you a set number of sessions each month. Unused sessions do not carry over to the next month.
You keep every session in the month you have already paid for, and your access continues until that month is up.
Extra sessions can be purchased while you have an active plan. Once purchased they are yours, they never expire, and you can still use them even if you later cancel your plan.
If you move from Core to Plus partway through a billing cycle, you pay the $40 difference that day and receive 4 more sessions that day. Your sessions from that cycle, including the 4 new ones, then expire at the end of your next billing cycle. From your next renewal, Plus is $89 a month for 8 sessions. If you upgrade during your free trial, the trial ends that day and your first month of Plus begins. Moving from Plus to Core takes effect at your next renewal.
If you pay for at least one month of Core or Plus on or before July 31, 2027 (11:59 PM Arizona time), you become a launch member. A free trial on its own does not count; your first paid month does.
As a launch member, you keep our launch prices for Core ($49 a month for 4 sessions) and Plus ($89 a month for 8 sessions), including when you move between Core and Plus. If you cancel and come back later, your launch price comes back with you. When our prices for new members go up, yours do not. If we ever replace Core or Plus with new plans, launch members will be offered a plan with at least the same number of sessions at their launch price.
Launch member pricing applies to Core and Plus only. Single sessions and top‑up sessions are charged at the price shown when you buy them.
It belongs to the account that paid. It cannot be moved to another person or account, and it ends if the account is deleted or if we close it for a breach of our Terms.
Our Terms and Conditions of Use allow us to change pricing with reasonable notice. Launch member pricing is our promise not to do that to launch members on Core and Plus.
A session counts against your plan once it properly begins, which is after the Opening Statement, when the work itself starts. Anything before that point costs you nothing. If you lose your connection partway through, or end a session early with more than five minutes left, you can come back within 30 days of starting it to finish the time left in it, for the same issue. It will not use up another session. If you tell us the issue is resolved, or after 30 days, the session is complete and any unused time ends.
If we close your account for a breach of our Terms, access ends immediately and fees, including unused top-ups, are not refunded.
