Please review the following key provisions regarding the Biko AI Services:

• Nature of the Services: I understand that Biko AI provides an AI-powered emotional self-reflection and coaching-support platform. I acknowledge that the Services are for informational, educational, and self-reflection purposes only. Biko AI does not provide medical, mental health, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, counseling, or crisis-intervention services.

• No Professional Relationship: I understand that no physician-patient, therapist-patient, or other professional relationship is created through the minor's use of Biko AI. The AI-generated outputs are not a substitute for licensed professional advice.

• AI Companion Chatbot Interactions: I understand that the minor will be interacting with an artificial intelligence system, not a human. I acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable, and that the AI companion chatbot may not be suitable for all minors.

• Emergency and Safety Escalation: I understand that Biko AI is not a crisis-intervention service and should not be used in emergencies. However, if Biko AI reasonably believes there is a credible risk of imminent serious bodily injury, self-harm, or other emergency, I authorize Biko AI to contact me (as the emergency contact), law enforcement, or emergency responders, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

• Privacy and Sensitive Information: I acknowledge that the minor may voluntarily submit personal, emotional, wellness-related, or other sensitive information while using the Services. I consent to Biko AI's collection, use, and processing of this information as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of such information to operate and improve the AI models internally.

• Notice Regarding Parental Access: I acknowledge and agree that providing this consent does not grant me access to the minor’s account, conversations, journal entries, emotional reflections, or conversation history. Except as required by applicable law, permitted under the Privacy Policy, or reasonably necessary to address an emergency or safety concern, Biko AI will not provide me with access to or copies of the minor's content.

• Financial Responsibility: I understand that certain features of the Services may require a subscription or one-time payment. If I permit the minor to access paid features, I agree to be financially responsible for all applicable fees, which are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled.
